As part of running your event in CRM you will be required to work in liaison with the Cumberland Road Masjid Management Team (CRMMT). This will allow for guidance by CRMMT on how to make best use of the facilities and ensure a smooth running of the event.
Please read the policy details below and take them into account when planning your event.
It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure that the policy is complied with.
AREA REQUIRED
You must notify us regarding the area you would require for you event by filling in the form.
This will allow us to make the appropriate communications and put up the relevant signs to ensure your event is not interrupted unnecessarily.
FOOD & DRINK
If food or drink is served at your event you must ensure the carpet is covered with plastic sheets.
It is the event organiser’s responsibility to provide all the necessary materials for their event.
If you require specific materials from the Masjid please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
No Food must be left on site after the event.
WASTE
Any waste generated in the event must be cleaned up and disposed of correctly using the bins located at the front of the Masjid.
- Food and general waste must be placed in the Black bins
- Recyclable waste must be placed in the Red bins.
- No food or rubbish must be left in the masjid.
VOLUNTEERS
If you require any volunteers to help with your event please let us know and we will do our best to support you.
You will still be responsible for leading and managing the event.
